Our underground plumbing is almost complete. The pool structure will be poured on Wednesday. Our underground radiant heat will start next week, and our top slab will be poured next week. The building’s framing will start the first week of July.
June 3rd, 2024
Up to this point, the pool structure is being built, and the underground plumbing is going in this week. The shock Crete for the pool will be shot next week. The building foundation is complete, and the waterproofing of the foundation is complete. Our underground plumbing for the building will be completed this coming week, and we will begin to backfill the foundation. The foundation top slab will be poured by the end of the month, and we will start our building framing in early July.

At this point, our demo and site excavation are complete. We are currently prepping to pour our building foundation walls. Our pool form structure will be built by the end of the week, and we will pour the concrete for the pool next week.
Once the building foundation and pool structure are complete, our next focus will be trenching mechanical, electrical, and underground plumbing. We are planning to start the construction of framing and above-ground building structures in the second week of June.
